I have had 2 L4/5 surgerys and I dont feel any better,,,
I feel like giving up everyday..
but the thing is, not to sound new-agey or anything, but with everyday
there is hope..
hindsite has made me realize that I have in fact, felt better..i can say that, because right now, I feel WORSE
SO..it sounds like denial I know, but who knows, one of the procedures might work for you..
dont know if its real or not, but I just was looking at www.diskcure.com and it looks to good to be true but it made me feel good to believe it.
my mother has the same condition, never had surgery or PT, and she feels pretty good, she feels back pain when she strains herself and after a few days its better..
she tells me that she mostely feels pain when she is stressed..
anyway, i could go on,,,but I am in the same boat..
you just have to realize that this can heal....I just cant accept the fact that 2 inches of my anatomy can ruin my whole life forever...
there has got to be a way for each of us..

take care
