Carmen, while I don;t have any helpful adivice for you I was eallt intrigued by your commnets because I have suffered wiht PS for nearly four years and have had to cease almost all kinds of excercise. Interestingly, the only other health problem I'd experienced before developing the piriformis problem was a bout of plantar facsiitis which last abouttwo or three years when I was running alot. I'd be really curious to hear of you have recieved any information on the connection between the two issues. Good Luck!
