I am interested to find out about Self Mobilisation Exercises .
I have 2 bulging discs in my back and have ruled out attending the Lklinski clinic in London because of accessibility and cost.
I am a New Zealander living in Dublin but going back to NZ in September.
Can I access or purchase a copy of the exercises anywhere??
