I had a two level lamanectomy on 5/30/02, I have a small amount of discomfort in my left butt cheek and down hamstring. I stopped stretching a few years ago and let myself go. I had gained 30 lbs and did no ab work.
Two days after my surgury, I began walking a mile a day. Today I did three, treadmill only, (the shocks of the road are brutal!) But after I did three miles today, I felt better than ever.
I had spent 6 months in chronic pain, I was taking 8-12 vicodin a day! Let's all remember to take care of our bodies, I want to live again!! I will have my six pack again. LOL...
