Good luck with the botox. I have a number of back problems,including coccydinia, fibromyalgia,Degenerative disk all areas spurs and bulges. I have tried trigger points, facets, spinal epidurals, and botox or other known as myoblocks. I have found little relief from any of the proceedures. In fact the area that is getting the botox (Myoblock) seems to be more intence since the injections. I wish you well . At a cost of 1600.00 per visit or session I don't know if I will have the last set of injection. I am being treated eith botox in my neck and shoulder. I have had some say they are the best thing they have found. I guess it depends on the area and ailment . Good luck. I would like to know how yours turn out
