I have read a few posts about people complaining that the DISKCURE staff seemed like car salesman, and were "incompetant"
I myself went to the UCLA office (not the NEWPORT office)
I would say the staff and the doctor were the most informative, friendly and proffesional I have dealt with in a long time.
Everyone answered as many questions as I asked, they were patient and personable, everyone spoke english as a first language.
There were no screaming naked babies in the waiting room.
And I just got off the phone with the doctor that gave me the shot, and he let me ask him everything I forgot to ask to first time, and went on in as much detail as I could handle.
SO , I can only guess that the "other" office is the bad one.
Or maybe they just got their shit together, I really dont know...but I would say it was one of the best doctor visits I have had.
